Invoicing is completed once monthly, on or just after the 1st of each month. All work is recorded and time is kept using an electronic clock -Trax Time for accuracy. The clock is never running except when I'm working on your projects!
At the end of each billing period, each client receives a convenient printable online invoice, with an option to either pay via a credit card, check or cash (credit cards are NEVER charged any amount with prior authorization and a form must be filled out for this option).

While the hourly rate to hire a Virtual Assistant may be higher than that of an in-office assistant, you must consider that the overall cost is considerably lower than maintaining an office and hiring a year-round employee, with or without benefits. You pay only for the time spent specifically working for you, unlike an office setting where the assistant's time clock keeps running even when they might be socializing with other employees, making personal phone calls or taking breaks.
